These guys can do no wrong. Kate Spade’s new collection is a girly girl’s dream, filled with florals and playful quotes and baubles that epitomize their “Live Colorfully” mantra.

Okay, so maybe the only reason I know about this kid is because he’s currently touring with Taylor Swift, but that’s really the only endorsement I need. He’s incredibly talented, has a British accent and sang this cover of “Be My Husband” during their Newark stop. Obsessed.

Kevin Spacey is positively devilish in this made-for-Netflix series, and the fact that it’s streaming (read: marathon-friendly) means I can indulge whenever I please. I’m on Chapter 8, and can’t wait to see what happens next.

You guys. This album. It’s the perfect type of music to listen to while you’re at work, and each song is better than the last.

Holy cow, where has this been all my life? I legitimately don’t think I had a scoop of it before moving to New York. Weird, I know. And, yes, I blame all of my fellow Michiganders for keeping this secret from me. It’s like crack, and it doesn’t get any better than the kind they serve at Dos Caminos. I dream about it, and it takes everything I have not to eat it every day.

I know what you’re thinking. You? Warby Parker? It’s true. I have an affinity for them, and I’ve been plotting my next purchase since my Prestons arrived in the mail. The sunnies pictured are the Everett in redwood ash, and I think they’d make quite a fetching addition to my soon-to-be collection.

May is almost over, and I can hardly believe it. Life seems to move at a snail’s pace, but also lightning speed at the same time. Just a few things I’ve been mulling over recently:

My mom and sister have been saying it for years, but I’ve really removed a lot of color from my wardrobe. Lots of greys and especially blacks (it’s slimming, right?) which is exactly the opposite of what I’m attracted to. It might be time to change that.
As I’ve been engrossed in The College Prepster over the last few days, I’ve begun to think about how I was much more polished in high school/early college. Mentally and physically.
The blog has also reignited my long-lost passion for wearing pearls every day. Straight-up classy.
I’ve wanted a getaway to Boston for as long as I can remember. It just seems like such an historic, magical city. Hopefully, it happens sooner rather than later.
I love smushy faces. Especially on English bulldogs.

Glamour recently released a book based on a 1997 story in its magazine called “30 Things Every Woman Should Have and Should Know by the Time She’s 30.”

I’m turning 28 this year. And I’m not one to base my life decisions on something printed in a women’s magazine, but it’s fun to dive into the list and mentally check off what applies to me. A short excerpt from the list:

Pug Charged With Fraud After Easter Bunny Impersonation

Bandit the Pug of Columbia, SC has been arrested on two counts of fraud for impersonating the Easter Bunny. Authorities caught on to the ruse when Bandit attempted to hide plastic eggs in a Chuck E. Cheese’s in the hope that kids would play with him.
